- Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required upon booking to secure the service date.
- Balance: The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the services.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To cancel a scheduled service:
- If cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled date, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
- If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled date, the deposit is non-refundable.
- No-shows without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Liability
While we strive to provide excellent service, we are not liable for any unforeseen damages resulting from our garden clearance activities, including but not limited to:
- Damage to property not directly related to our tasks
- Accidental injury during service provision
- Loss of items inadvertently removed during clearance
Clients are advised to secure or remove personal items before service commencement.
6. Scheduling and Availability
Service dates and times are subject to availability. We aim to accommodate client preferences but cannot guarantee specific time slots. In case of unforeseen delays, we will notify the client as soon as possible.
7. Safety and Compliance
Our team adheres to all local health and safety regulations. We ensure that our practices are environmentally responsible and comply with waste disposal laws in Paddington.
